Corinth Square Parking Lot • 83rd and Mission Rd, Prairie Village, KS

This event will meet in the south parking lot near the EV chargers.

Curious about EVs? Stop by for coffee and conversation with local EV drivers. Explore a variety of electric vehicles, ask questions, and learn about charging, road trips, ownership costs, and more—all in a casual, no-pressure setting.

Charged Up: Coffee + EVs is a free community event where you can meet local EV owners and see a variety of electric vehicles up close. Whether you’re actively shopping for an EV, considering one for your next vehicle, or simply curious about the technology, this is a great opportunity to get honest answers from people who drive electric every day. Just grab a coffee, walk around, and chat with owners about their experiences.

Ask Anything

Have questions? You’re not alone. Local EV drivers are happy to share what they’ve learned about:

  • Home charging and public charging
  • Daily commuting and long road trips
  • Vehicle costs and maintenance
  • Choosing the right EV for your lifestyle

Whether your biggest question is “Can I charge at home?” or “How far can I really drive?” you’ll find someone who has been there.

See a Variety of EVs

Each event features a selection of electric vehicles from local owners, giving you the chance to compare different makes, models, and styles in one place. You may even get the opportunity to sit inside a few and see the features that make EV ownership unique.

Drop In Anytime

There’s no formal presentation or schedule to follow. Stop by anytime during the event, grab a coffee, and stay for a few minutes or an hour. Bring your questions, bring a friend, and discover what driving electric is all about.

Admission is free, and everyone is welcome.

Already an EV Owner?

Help us grow the EV community in Kansas City!

We’d love to have you and your electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle at the event. As an EV owner, you’ll simply park your vehicle, enjoy a coffee, and chat with visitors and other EV drivers about your real-world ownership experience.

You don’t need to be an EV expert—just willing to share what you like about your vehicle and answer a few questions from the community. Whether you’ve owned your EV for a month or several years, your perspective can help others learn about electric driving in a friendly, low-pressure environment.
