Alternative Fuel Infrastructure Tax Credit
Must be placed in service within low-income communities or non-urban census tracts.
Stations must be placed on the taxpayer's property, used primarily within the United States.
*Conditions apply. Credit for qualified refueling property, subject to depreciation, with a maximum credit of $100,000 for each single item of property. For property not subject to depreciation, the maximum amount is $1,000 per item.

State of KS Alternative Fuel Tax Credits
Only available to corporations that are subject to the Kansas corporate income tax.
Credit is equal to 40% of the total amount expended for each qualified alternative-fuel station, up to $100,000 per station.
*Conditions apply. The amount of credit which exceeds the tax liability may be carried forward to the next four tax years or until used, whichever is earlier.
