Residential prices do not include taxes, Customer Charge,  Demand Side Investment Mechanism (DSIM) or the Fuel Adjustment Clause (FAC). Level 1 and 2 Charger prices do not include city taxes or fees. Gas rate is based on the Midwest average from June 2018.
